The Marin Municipal Water District (District) invites your company to submit a bid to provide design, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of a steel 80-foot pedestrian and utility terrain vehicle bridge (bridge) for the Azalea Hill Trail Restoration Project located on District lands near Fairfax, California. The District will assemble and install the bridge and construct the abutments in the Fall of 2020. Given the required lead time for bridge manufacturing and delivery, the District seeks a manufacturer who can begin the manufacturing process as soon as possible. The Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive Contractor complying with the provisions in this Invitation to Bid. To submit a bid, please include a quote to provide the 80-Foot Pedestrian & Utility Terrain Vehicle Bridge in accordance with the specifications provided. If awarded, the Contractor shall be required to execute an agreement (Contract) with the District. The District's standard Contract for the supply of materials is provided in Attachment C for reference and review. No changes to the standard Contract shall be permitted. Any amendment to this bid is valid only if in writing and signed by MMWD.
