Site work and paving for a civil project in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists replacing approximately 900 feet of sewer lines by pipeburst and open trench, surface restoration; asphalt and concrete, replacing manholes and collars. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be submitted in the prescribed manner and accompanied by a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Rigby in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. Bidder is not required to meet Davis-Bacon wage or American Iron and Steel requirements for this project. Each Bidder must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. The City of Rigby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Rigby.
