As of July 9, 2025, an architect has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated for fall of 2025 and construction is estimated for summer of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The scope of the work will be the design of future projects which may include a new 300'x100' CTE metal building. Construction of this future project would be subject to a grant award. This project will be located in Rigby, Idaho. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and the right to waive any informalities in the opening. 'Request for Qualification" packets will be mailed out on Wednesday, November 1st,2023 No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the bid opening.
