2024 Hot Mix Asphalt Contract The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) material. All questions or clarifications concerning the Invitation to Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 8:00 am on Monday, April 22, 2024. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via email at mcarter@co.jefferson.id.us Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the Jefferson County Public Works webpage. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for answers to inquiries. JCPW will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 8:00 am on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
