Estimated Range $100,000 to $130,000. Scope is to Goat Island Access Bridge Repairs at Niagara Falls State Park of Niagara FallsState Park, Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $6,100.00 Bridge repairs to address the structural deficiencies found in the bridge inspection reports for the areas under the sidewalk sections of the bridge. D005727. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business 4%. The completion date for this project is 60 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Table 14). $1,000.00/day. In accordance with State Finance Law, Section 139j, the following agency staff has been designated as contacts for this contract: Nancy Busch 716-299-0812 Please note that contacting any other agency staff regarding this contract may be a violation of State Finance Law, Section 139j, resulting in a determination of contractor non-responsibility. BONDS The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All RFI's are due by: 4:00pm on June 17, 2020
