Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project components include the following: Shade Structure: A fabric shade structure will be installed at the corner of the site. Perimeter Fencing: An eight-foot-tall wood privacy fence will be constructed along Old Falls Street. The fence will slope up to 16’ at the at the corner of Old Falls Street and First Street. The fence will have undulations that create small areas for along the Old Falls Street face for benches and planters. The taller section at the corner will include tiered bench seating, a repurposed mural and lighting. Site Furnishings: Site furnishings will consist of tables, chairs, games and benches. New LED see-saws and swings will also be incorporated. Deadline for Submission of Questions April 18, 2025. Deadline for ESD to Respond to Questions April 25, 2025. Questions or requests for clarification regarding this ITB should be submitted via email, citing the ITB page and section in accordance with the schedule in Section IV (Schedule of Dates) to OFSPlayPod@esd.ny.gov.
