The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting Bids to provide Water Treatment and Boiler Chemicals to Cherokee Mental Health Institute (CMHI) and Eldora State Training School. Cherokee Mental Health Institute is located at 1251 West Cedar Loop, Cherokee, IA 51012. CMHI provides active inpatient treatment to adults, adolescents and children who are in need of acute psychiatric service. Eldora State Training School is located at 3211 Eddington Avenue, Eldora, IA 50627. The primary purpose of the State Training School at Eldora is to provide a continuum of supervision and rehabilitation programs, which meet the needs of male's adjudicated delinquent, in a manner consistent with public safety. These services and programs individualize treatment and control the offender for his own benefit and the protection of society.
