Schedule 2: Ground Storage Reservoir The project consists of constructing a new 300,000-gallon bolted steel tank, including aluminum domed roof, foundation, site work, site piping, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Schedule 4: West Pump Station The project consists of constructing a new above ground pump station including a slab-ongrade foundation, masonry walls, vertical multistage pumps, electrical, mechanical, standby emergency generator, site work, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Est. Completion Date: March 20, 2026 Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total bid if in the form of a Bid Bond, or five percent (5%) if in the form of a certified or bank check. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the Owner will return the bid security of all except the three lowest, responsive, responsible bidders for each Schedule. The bid security of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be retained until the earlier of seven days after the Effective Date of the Agreement or 35 days after the Bid opening. The bid security of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract and surety bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. With submittal of a Bid, the Contractor represents that he has visited the site, familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed, and correlated his observations with the requirements of the Contract Documents The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid. Contractor's Proposals shall hold firm for thirty-five (35) days from the date of opening. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary.
