Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,360-square-foot, one-story above grade swimming pool.
Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Aquatic Center Mechanical System Replacement Project. The work shall generally consist of replacement of regenerative blower, replacement of auto fill valve replacement of deck drainage, submersible pump, replacement of pump pit cover, damaged ultraviolet assembly piping, damaged influent filter piping, replacement of designated damaged shower piping and fixtures and replacement of designated damaged toilet compartment front panel and door Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid 1 accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
