Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Raton, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
No bids were received. Future update to project to be determined by the City of Raton. Please follow for future updates. The primary scope of work includes but is not limited to the following electrical improvements. (Refer to Electrical Sheets) 1. Replace all circuit runs from select panels where shown on the electrical plans. 2. Replace select electrical panels where shown on the electrical plans. 3. All circuit conductors that are to be replaced from main panel to select areas shall be done using EMT or MC cable with THWN. CU. Conductors sized appropriately. Reder to the electrical plans for exact locations. 4. Existing chandelier light fixtures in the auditorium: replace circuit conductors from the dimming panel. Replace circuits from dimming panel to chandeliers using EMT or MC Cable with THWN. CU. Conductors sized appropriately. Refer to sheet E-200. 5. Contractor shall trace existing 3-4 circuits in fire station originating from the theater ratio station existing panel 'A'. Contractor shall install new conduit and wiring for existing circuits and refeed from existing panel 'F' in fire station. Contractor to field verify exact circuit locations. 6. Existing electrical service meter shall be removed as shown on sheets E-200 and E-500. Electrical service improvements at the Shuler Theatre The only changes to the bid documents are the dates.
