Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of Phase I of this project, to include all Civil, Site, Structural Remediation, Historical Rehabilitation at the exterior of the existing building, and Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical as indicated on the drawings. Base Bid includes all work identified in the construction documents with the exclusion of specific Additive Alternates. This project is partially funded with federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Project Funding and is subject to the Federal Laws and Regulations associated with these programs. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Raton reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Raton.
