Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,837-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Renovation of the existing Events Center located at the Colfax County Rodeo Grounds. Work includes an addition to the existing building including new restrooms with grading and fill, concrete foundations, wood framing, metal siding and roofing, gypsum wallboard, insulation, fiberglass reinforced panels, resinous flooring, plumbing, ventilation, heating and electrical power and lighting. Additionally, the existing building renovation includes: a new electrical service, new LED lighting, demolition of existing plumbing fixtures, installation of new metal building insulation, a new fire suppression sprinkler system, and fire alarm system. Site work includes grading and drainage as required for new ADA parking, a new water line, and rehabilitation of the existing septic system.
