sealed bids will be accepted by the Raton Public Service Company (RPS), operating out of Raton, New Mexico, for the purchase of Cooper Streetworks Verdeon LED streetlight heads for a lighting upgrade project. To maintain consistency with current inventory, product quality, and product configuration for lighting needs, RPS is requesting that bid submissions conform to the precise model numbers listed in the "Specifications" section in the bid invitation. These model numbers include desired and required specifications for brightness/power, voltage, LED color, light pattern, controls, and wiring connections. Question Deadline 05/16/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Owner in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received from less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. RPS reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of RPS. The bid will be awarded on May 27, 2025.
