Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
You are invited to submit bids to the Canyons School District relating to a new Wash Bay for the Canyons School District Facilities Department. Substantial Completion Date: August 1, 2020 Q & A deadline: Jun 22, 2020 2:00:00 PM EDT Performance and Payment Bonds: contractors providing services for the Canyons School District, for projects of $80,000 or more, must provide a performance and payment bond prior to the commencement of the work. Claimant will be listed as Canyons School District. Costs of any bonding shall be the incurred by the Contractor. Upon receipt of notice of acceptance of the bid, the bidder agrees to execute the contract within five (5) days and deliver Performance and payment Bond in the prescribed form in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the general construction contract price for faithful performance of the contract and payment of sub-contractors. The district reserves the right to make an award based on the grand total or per sub- total. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the District.
