Questions/Requests for clarification due 06/19/2020 at 2:00 pm ET Response to questions/requests for clarifications issued 06/24/2020 Anticipated Notification of Award 07/21/2020 Anticipated Contract Start Date 10/01/2020 Anticipated Term Length of Contract Five (5) years Upstate is requesting proposals from qualified contractors ("Contractor", "Bidder" or "Offerer") to provide full mechanical maintenance service of heating systems, cooling systems, air handling system and miscellaneous equipment of building TU-3. The term is for a five (5) year period beginning October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2025. Prevailing wage rate shall apply. PRC#2012013446 Method of Award This IFB is part of a competitive procurement process designed to serve the best interests of Upstate, the State University of New York and the People of the State of New York. It is also designed to provide all bidders with a fair and even opportunity to have their services considered. Upstate will conduct a comprehensive review of each responsive bid submitted in accordance with the terms of this IFB. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of low cost and shall be awarded to such Bidder upon determination that such Bidder is found to be responsible and responsive.
