Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Millerton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The work to be performed consists of constructing the roof and support structure for the equipment shed as well as installing siding and 3 hinged man doors. The sealed bid must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as Jackson Township Equipment Shed Bid. The sealed bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount. All bid prices must remain effective for a period of 60 days. Contractors must provide proof of insurance and proof that prevailing wages will be met. Bids will be awarded or rejected at the regular township meeting on July 7, 2020 @ 7:00pm at the Garrett Miller Center, 37 Back Street, Millerton, PA. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise if necessary, and to accept the bids believed to be in the best interest of Jackson Township.
