As of 8/17/2020: Pending board approval for the awarded bidder is on September 10, 2020 The Work consists of: Remove existing rooftop water source heat pump package units, closed circuit cooling tower, boiler, pumps, and piping. Remove and replace existing ductwork, exhaust fans, air distribution devices and control, provide new rooftop DX package units. Remove and replace existing roof. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, B-2. Pre-Qualified Prime Bidders will need to email Marci Torres at torrem1@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders.
