Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laughlin, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete and sports field accessories. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB and B.
