Big Bend Casino Drive Pump Station MCC Upgrade Demolition and replacement of the existing 240/120V, 3phase, 4Wire open delta system with a new 480/277V, 3phase, 4wire service. The Site of the Work is located at 4000 Casino Drive, Laughlin Nevada 89029, situated in parcel 26-427-801-010. The Work consists of demolition of the existing 240/120V, 3phase, 4wires Motor Control Center (MCC), the existing Tuff Shed building, and the existing steel pole communication antenna complete including their associated wiring up to the utility power metering. Installation of the new Owner furnished 480/277V, 3phase, 4wires MCC, the new Owner furnished Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Cabinet complete including complete wiring. The work also includes the construction and installation of an equipment concrete pad with metal canopy, the construction and installation of the utility power system up to utility power metering, etc., and the construction and installation of new 40' Trylon communication antenna all complete including their associated wiring. Project be completed within 70 consecutive Calendar Days MBE (2%), WBE (2%) Question Cutoff Date: 1/2/2021 01:00 PM (ET)
