Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of 1/7/2021 contract for construction of SWSP Segment C-1 was awarded to S.J. Louis and the contract for construction of SWSP Segment C-2 was awarded to Harper Brothers. Construction of 84-inch, 66-inch, and 36-inch dia. water lines Scope of Contract is for construction of approximately 52,000 linear feet of 84-inch, 6,400 linear feet of 66-inch, and 2,800 linear feet of 36-inch diameter water lines with all necessary valves and appurtenances, from east of Westfield Village Drive to east side of Skyview Drive. The proposed water line installation will consist of primarily open cut construction; however, tunnels are required at some crossings of Harris County roads, TxDOT roads, Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) drainage systems, and private pipelines. Details of this work are provided in the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. This project is a part of the overall Surface Water Supply Project. Contractors have been pre-qualified to bid on this project. Only those Prequalified Prime firms listed below are eligible to submit a bid for the contract. All other bids will be disregarded.
