Glendale Train Station 1st/Last Mile Regional Improvements ProjectThe work shall be done in accordance with Specifications No. 3793 and Plan Nos. 1-3061, 3- 1573, 18-110, 49-245 and C6916, with all appurtenant work as shown on the project plans and specifications, Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC 2012 Edition), and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (2018 Edition), including all supplements thereto issued prior to bid opening date. Surface grinding and placement of Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix (ARHM) over Asphalt Concrete Pavement (Leveling Course); Asphalt Concrete Pavement removal and placement of Portland Cement Concrete street section; Application of crack sealing material; Application of emulsion aggregate slurry (Slurry Seal Type II); Selective removal and repair of broken and damaged sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, cross gutters, alley aprons; Selective removal, repair and reconstruction of concrete street surface on Railroad Street; Modification and reconstruction of existing ramps to meet the current ADA standards; Adjustment of existing manholes and water meters to finished grade; Installation of Bio-Retentions at Intersection of El Bonito/Gardena and Mira Loma/Gardena; Installation of Wayfinding Signs; Installation of Street and Pedestrian Lighting; Installation of Protected Bike-Lanes on Los Feliz Road; Installation of new bus shelters at Glendale Transit Center and intersection of Los Feliz Road and San Fernando Road; Installation of Two-way Opticom Detectors at intersections of San Fernando Road/ Los Feliz Road, San Fernando Road/Central Avenue, San Fernando Road/Cerritos Avenue and Los Feliz Road/Gardena Avenue; Removal and replacement of existing traffic striping and pavement markings; and Planting Trees The Engineer's Estimate for this project is in the range of $3,700,000 and $4,100,000 Bid Bond: 10% of Bid Amount Labor and Materials Bond: 100% of Contract Amount Performance Bond: 100% of Contract Amount
