General Contractor's License Number and Type must be on the envelope. The scope of the work is in the Specifications and includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, services, permits, royalties and other incidentals required for complete and proper landscape maintenance of Homewood Board of Education properties. The Homewood Board of Education (hereinafter called the "Owner") reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and waive any informality or technicality in any Proposal, which may be in the interest of the Owner. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders prior to awarding the Contract. Only Bids submitted by Bidders licensed as required by Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975 will be considered.
