For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Third Street West Sidewalk Project. This Contract provides for the construction of approximately 500 linear feet of sidewalk along the north side of Third Street. This Project will consist of the installation of cement concrete sidewalk, directional curb ramps, driveways, curb and gutters, an infiltration trench, modular block wall and stormwater improvements. The work for the project will include, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalks, installation of stormwater improvements, channelization, traffic control and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Project Engineer's Estimate $135,000 to $150,000 All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Rainier" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
