Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Rainier, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project includes removing two 30-inch diameter by 12-foot-long concrete culvert pipes and the associated concrete deck and fill material from a private crossing of the creek, replacing the crossing with a 25-foot-long by 10-foot-wide prefabricated concrete bridge, abutment block wall, and precast bridge footing, reconstructing a natural stream-simulated channel through the new bridge crossing, placing streambed material and restoring banks with wrap, and reconstructing the unpaved approach pathway to the new bridge to improve drainage runoff away from the creek. Bidders are instructed to access the bid announcement and resource materials via the provided Google Drive link, request to be added to the roster list for bid materials, review all resource materials in the drive folder, and email with an RSVP for the pre-bid meeting and any questions by the noted deadline.
