CSAH 1 Slope Failure Permanent Remediation including Grading, Aggregate Base, Bituminous Paving, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Drainage, Erosion Control, RSS Slope Wall, Guardrail, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Turf Establishment and Striping. Project Location: On CSAH 1 approximately 4.8 Miles SE of the junction with CSAH 12. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Winona County Highway Department for five percent (5%) of the bid or a corporate bond in favor of the Winona County Auditor in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
