Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ridgefield, Washington. Working plans call for the construction of a 43,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The owner has determined a pre-qualified list of design build companies. The project is expected to be released for bid in August 6, 2020. This Request for Qualifications, (RFQ) in accordance with RCW 39.10.330, invites responses by qualified, experienced professionals interested in submitting proposals for Design-Build services for the site preparation, design and construction of two pre[{e2}{80}{90}]engineered steel industrial buildings totaling approximately 43,200 sq. ft. on a port-owned industrial-zoned site at Wisdom Ridge in Ridgefield, Washington. Scope of Work/Design-Build Project Wisdom Ridge: Includes, but is not limited to site grading, retaining wall construction and building design and engineering. Construction Start: Summer 2020.
