**As of August 6th, 2024 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Summary Project Description: The project consists of the replacement of a portion of the cementitious siding (showing failure) with new cementitious siding at Building B on the South Ridge Campus. Project Description: The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and project management to complete the replacement of select siding at South Ridge Elementary School (502 NW 199th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable Washington State taxes. Bid security will be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide suitable bonds for performance and payment for labor and materials. All bidders must submit a list of proposed subcontractors whose work will exceed ten percent (10%) of the project, or as otherwise specified in the instructions to bidders. The Board of Directors of Ridgefield School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. Question deadline: 06/01/2024
