mail or hand to: Ridgefield School District No. 122 Director of Business Services Bid Enclosed: Electrical Service Equipment Pre-Purchase #240417-01 510 Pioneer Street Ridgefield, WA 98642 Project Description: The Contractor will provide and install a gravity sanitary sewer line under NE 29th and NE 179th Avenues in Ridgefield, WA in preparation for a new middle school by Ridgefield School District as further described in the Project drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents. It should be noted that other work in these roads is being performed by a private developer and Clark County, thus requiring coordination. Bids will be opened at the RACC and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable Washington State taxes. Bid security will be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide suitable bonds for performance and payment for labor and materials. All bidders must submit a list of proposed subcontractors whose work will exceed ten percent (10%) of the project, or as otherwise specified in the instructions to bidders.
