This Request for Qualifications, (RFQ) in accordance with RCW 39.10.330, invites responses by qualified, experienced professionals interested in submitting proposals for Design-Build services for the site preparation, design and construction of two pre[{e2}{80}{90}]engineered steel industrial buildings totaling approximately 43,200 sq. ft. on a port-owned industrial-zoned site at Wisdom Ridge in Ridgefield, Washington. Scope of Work/Design-Build Project Wisdom Ridge: Includes, but is not limited to site grading, retaining wall construction and building design and engineering. Construction Start: Summer 2020.
