Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Morganton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project involves the building of a new Multi-Purpose Stage (40 x 50') with Restrooms, Green Room, Electrical and Storage Rooms below at lower level. Site Features include New Concrete Plazas, ADA Access, Walks, Steps, Site Lighting, Perimeter Streetscapes, Street Lighting, New & Repaired Stone Retaining Walls, Building Utility Services along with new Site Electrical/Water Services, Replace Walks around Courthouse, etc. Contractor shall coordinate with the City of Morganton Electrical Department with their installation of the site and streetscape lighting. Please review the plans and bid proposal book which provide all of the specific details and information on the project. A vicinity map identifying the location has been provided for your convenience and reference. All bids must be accompanied by one of the forms of bid security listed in the bid Summation, references of previous similar projects, and the applicable Affidavit A or B of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ( DBE / MBE / WBE ) forms included in the bid packet. Failure to include these items with the bid proposal may be deemed as non-responsive. No bids shall be received after the above-stated time. ** Estimated project value is 1.8 Million to 2.4 Million.
