Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Morganton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Bidders must be listed on the plan holders list held by Richa Graphics in order to receive any Bid Documents. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that Executive Order 11246 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Part 21, are applicable to this contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or by a certified check payable to Foothills Regional Airport Authority, Morganton, North Carolina, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. The Foothills Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of the submission of any bid.
