Renovation of a library in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
**As of September 24, 2020, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** M.B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc. is requesting proposals for the individual scopes of work involved with the renovation of the above listed five libraries. Each of the renovation projects includes selective demolition, outdoor patios, door and window upgrades, reworking of interior drywall partitions and ceilings, finish upgrades, accessory upgrades, plumbing upgrades, HVAC upgrades & electrical upgrades.
