Renovation of a municipal facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of September 20th, 2022, project is intented to be awarded to Wildlands Construction. This project will require approval from the SCPA Board, and the next SCPA Board meeting is September 20, 2022. The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is accepting bids for the Kings Grant Marsh Restoration. This project includes restoration of approximately 41 acres of marsh ecosystem located along the Ashley River in the Kings Grant Subdivision in North Charleston. Work includes clearing, grubbing, cut and fill of on-site soils, grading soils to specified marsh elevations, construction of tidal creeks, erosion control measures and planting native plant species.
