Renovation of a municipal facility in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
*As of July 29,2020, the project has not been awarded. No Timeline has been set for the award* The Work Consists of installation of insulation, coverboard and EPDM roof to be installed over the current two-tiers of the existing Town Hall Roofing System. In areas of the roof identified to be water-soaked, all materials will be removed to the metal deck. A new vapor barrier, rigid insulation, cover board and EPDM membrane will be installed in its place. Metal Coping at the top of the parapets will be replaced. Work also includes but is not limited to mobilization and any other work indicated in the Contract documents.
