Saving Project...

Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Tularosa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of bridge construction and channel improvements along Riata Road. This will include full replacement and reconstruction of the existing roadway, excavation, bridge erection, channel excavation, erosion control, arroyo grade stabilization and signing & striping. Bidder Requirements: A. Bidders must possess appropriate contracting license (GF-98 or other satisfactory classification) as regulated by Construction Industries Division, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, Phone: (505) 476-4700. B. Resident/Veterans bidder's preference are eligible. All bidding questions shall be submitted via email to eric.hamilton@wilsonco.com on or before July 7, 2020. Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the information for bidders and shall be accompanied by an acceptable Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to Otero County, NM as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds within ten (10) calendar days after award of the Contract. Otero County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
