Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Made Payable to Sandoval County in the Amount of Five Percent of the Total Bid Amount. The Bid Bond Shall Be on the Form Provided In the Contract Documents, a Certified Cashiers Check or a Bid Bond in a Form Acceptable by Sandoval County. Sandoval County (Owner) Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, to Delete Portions Of Bids Depending on Availability of Funds, to Waive Technicalities, to Make Any Investigations Deemed Necessary of a Bidders Ability to Perform the Work Covered by the Specifications and to Accept the Bid It Deems to Be in the Best Interest of the County
