Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cuba, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 105-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The (3) three areas specified for new office metal buildings are Pueblo Pintado, NM, Ganado, AZ and Leuup, AZ. Each building structure is approximately 1,050 sq. feet. The buildings are to provide security, shelter for equipment and office working areas. Each construction site will have a designated area. The building will be built on concrete slab and consist of (1) garage area with bay roll up door, (1) office space, (1) unisex restroom with fixtures, and (1) open office work area. A thorough assessment of the site will be required. All work shall meet the requirements of International Building Codes, Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency and Navajo Office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration of Tribal and Federal laws. Contractor shall be responsible to comply with safety, labor and business opportunity laws. All debris, junk, litter, trash, and other waste shall be disposed of properly and in accordance with appropriate Navajo EPA, Navajo OSHA, and Tribal Regulations. Waste shall be taken to authorized landfills or transfer stations. This shall be at the contractors expense. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, water, light, heat, power, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the work.
