The City of Amarillo is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Vendors for Filter Rehabilitation at the Osage Water Treatment Plant. The City of Amarillo (City) is soliciting a Request for Bid from respondents who are interested in and qualified for Best Value Bid City of Amarillo Osage Water Treatment Plant Filter Rehabilitations. It is the intent of the City to award this bid based on the Bidder that can provide the goods or services at the Best Value to the City of Amarillo. For all contracts in excess of $50,000.00, the bidder must furnish a Payment Bond. For all contracts in excess of $100,000.00, the bidder must furnish a Performance Bond. Each bond must be in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price from a surety company, that is licensed and active in the State of Texas, to act as surety. The bonds shall cover the faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising in the form the owner prescribes and with such securities as the owner may approve.
