This is a Request for Qualifications. The Department of Military Affairs(DMA)requests qualifications from Architecture and Engineering Services Firms for the design and development of construction documents for construction of a pre-engineered metal building at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Starke, FL. Firms must be properly licensed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal. Firms are advised that plans and specifications for Architectural projects may be reused. The DMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received and reserves the right to make an award with or without further discussion of the proposals submitted or accept minor informalities or irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida, which are considered a matter of form and not substance, and the correction or waiver of which is not prejudicial to other Proposers. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
