The project is for the extension of University Drive from Fairfax Boulevard (Rte. 29/50) to Eaton Place (Rte. 1681) within the City of Fairfax. The proposed road extension involves modification to spot locations of existing roadway areas, construction of a 90 inscribed diameter mini-roundabout, construction of approximately 600 linear feet of new multimodal roadway and additional sidewalk and/or shared-use path facilities as described herein. VDOT Project: U000-151-198 / UPC 109309 The City of Fairfax reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. Submission of a bid indicates acceptance of these terms by the bidder.
