Clarification Deadline: 7/22/2020 4:00 PM Work of the Project includes installation of approximately 14,325 linear feet of low pressure sewer and approximately 143 house laterals, along with all concrete structures, piping, fittings, and all other appurtenances to properly complete the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. The Owner reserves the right to award the contracts in whole or in parts. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, on the form provided, security in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract (The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 43 P. S. 165-1 - 165-17). Bidders will be required to submit with their bid a Bidders Information Form to the Concord Township Sewer Department. Forms are contained in the Specifications, and bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have submitted this form in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to comply with the provisions of the Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 385 of 1967, P.L. 869; 8 P. S. 191 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
