Portland State University (PSU) is seeking Responsive Responsible Bidders to submit Bids for Electrical and Lighting services for the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC) LED Retrofit. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) represents PSU's good faith effort to detail our specifications and requirements for the Electrical and Lighting services for the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC) LED Retrofit that will best meet PSU's needs. Work shall take place at the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC), 1600 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, OR 97201 Substantial Completion Date October 30, 2020 Final Completion Date November 20, 2020 Questions Due July 14, 2020 @ 2:00 PM local time Prospective bidders must submit questions or requests for clarification or change via email to proposals@pdx.edu. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received in response to the ITB, to request either wholly or in part new bids, or to negotiate with any bidder considered qualified in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Owner.
