This project will consist of renovations to the existing Building E on the Marietta campus of Chattahoochee Technical College to create an Education Career Transition Resource Center for Georgia Veterans. Project to include designing the Veterans Center, layout and design of classrooms and offices, review and recommendations of potential upgrades to HVAC system, identify any issues with sanitary sewer lines, cosmetic interior finishes, LED lighting and ceiling tile replacements, restroom upgrades to finishes and fixtures, exterior façade enhancements and landscaping. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Questions.
