Site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of July 29, 2025, this project is completed. The project includes expansion of the apparatus bay, interior mezzanine in apparatus bay, all new roofing, new facade around existing building and addition, site work, pre-engineered wood building, new vehicle exhaust system, concrete, masonry, structural steel, E.I.F.S (roofing 90 mil EPDM), light gauge metal framing, finishes, overhead doors, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, and MEP. Addition has to be completed via sequence, east side first and west side second. Please note: Phase II work to renovate the interior sheriff's office and fire administration area of the project are not to be included in this bid. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the Construction Manager. *Do not call the Owner for any reason.
