This project provides for the construction of a new Devault Maintenance Facility. The maintenance facility includes construction of buildings and all associated site and supportive work as follows: (1) Maintenance Shed including a 90' x 332' Equipment Storage wing, and a 90' x 181' Vehicle Maintenance & Repair wing, and an interconnecting Administrative area with offices, lunchroom and toilet and locker-room facilities. (2) 85' x 140' Salt Storage Buildings. (3) 45' x 76' Salt Storage Building (4) 35' x 40' Canopy for the Vehicle Fueling Station An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks.)
