The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary for the sawcut, removal, and disposal of Portland cement concrete (PCC), installation of new tree grates, construction of decomposed granite paving in medians, reclaimed irrigation system, and planting. Failure of the Contractor to download the Contract Documents from the City of Burbank shall render their bid non-responsive. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
