The contractor shall possess either a Class A license or a combination of Class C licenses required by the categories and types of work included in this contract at the time this contract is awarded. A Performance Bond, as required by Chapter 5, Title 3, Part 6, Division 4 of the California Civil Code, in an amount equal to at least one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; and A Payment Bond in an amount equal to at least fifty percent (50%) of the contract price as security for the payment of all persons furnishing materials in connection with this project.
