Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Traffic control, public notification, installing a new irrigation system, playground, asphalt, concrete and decomposed granite pathways, site furnishing, electrical, drainage improvements and planting at Rinconada Park.
