The work to be performed under this contract will consist of reconstruction of roof and gutter system on the northeast corner of the Mitchell Park Library to prevent further water intrusion into the building. The project address is 3700 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto 1.remove the integral gutter at the northeast corner of palo alto mitchell park library's standing seam metal roof. 2. remove the standing seam metal roof to east of integral gutter. 3. remove and reuse portion of metal wall fascia siding at north side of adjacent roof. 4. install new s.s. gutter and rwl to east of exterior wall. 5. connect new rwl to (e) night time cooling return pipe. 6. install new framing to extend new standing seam metal roof fascia. 7. remove the standing seam metal roof, flashing, and vertical standing seam fascia siding east of integral gutter. 8. remove sheetrock as necessary from interior soffit to gain access to rwl connections to night sky cooling return pipe. 9. remove and reuse portion of metal wall fascia siding and coping north side of adjacent roof. 10. remove the existing integral gutter at the northeast corner of the palo alto mitchell park library's standing seam metal roof.
