Site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Lewisville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,719-square-foot, one-story above grade conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
The work includes General, Site, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work to be constructed under one Single Prime Contract. The extent of work is shown on the drawings and specified in the project manual. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) PROVISIONS. The Town of Lewisville encourages participation by female, minority, and veteran owned businesses in all Town construction contracts pursuant to G.S. 143-128.2, State of North Carolina.
